REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We accept refunds if your item has arrived defective from shipment. Please email us a picture of your broken item at our contact email service@psychoticcosmetics.com
If you suspect you have made an error on shipment information before your item has been shipped, contact us through email and we will correct your information. If your order has been sent back already and you would like to have your order resent , we do require the additional shipping fee.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Psychotic Cosmetics can only approve cancellations before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped we cannot cancel or modify an order.
SHIPPING POLICY
We process orders monday through friday. Proccessing time may take 1-2 days.
